Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to support recruitment, retention, and cost optimization efforts.
  2. Execute HR analytics projects for talent acquisition, capacity building, leadership, engagement, and process improvement.
  3. Present recommendations using executive presentations, briefings, reports, and data storytelling to HR and business leaders.
  4. Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver analytics solutions.

 

Required Skills

  1. 4–6 years of professional experience in HR analytics, HRIS analysis, or related roles
  2. Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning, and PowerPoint.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI(Mandatory) or Tableau) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  4. Proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, joins, and building reusable scripts from multiple HR data sources
  5. Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated data flows between HR systems and reporting tools
  6. Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis, data cleaning, and predictive modeling.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable interpreting large data sets and presenting findings.
  8. Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to work with diverse teams

 

Preferred Skills

 

  1. Knowledge of predictive modeling (attrition prediction, promotion probability, workforce supply/demand forecasting).
  2. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, or data governance frameworks.
  3. Certification in Power BI, HR Analytics, or People Analytics is an added advantage.
  4. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard automation.
