1. 4+ years of experience working directly with development teams.
2. Good hands-on experience on Node JS & React JS.
3. Experience on Agile way of working. And strong Debugging skills
4. Good Communication and Client handling skill required.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for backlog grooming, estimations and design technical solutions.
6. Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.
7. Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation for projects. And identify technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
9. Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
10. In-depth knowledge of technical development methodologies and programming languages (e.g. React JS, Node JS)
11. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. And able to identify process improvements and automation areas.
12. Good to have DevOps and Jenkins experience.
13. If and when needed lead the small development team to facilitate successful module delivery.

B.Tech./MCA/B.E.
