We are looking for a seasoned SAP PP/QM Consultant with 15+ years of experience in design, implementation, and consulting in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules, especially in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects, particularly for European clients.

• Drive functional workshops, prepare and present BPDs, FSDs, FDDs, and guide WRICEF development with ABAP teams.

• Handle Gap Analysis, estimation, and RICEFW sizing.

• Prepare and update BPML and detailed Blueprint/Process flows using tools like Visio/ARIS.

• Design and manage Variant Configurations (AVC, VC, PVC) and work with SAP CPQ.

• Deep involvement in IDoc mappings, interfaces, and integration with SAP/Non-SAP systems.

• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

Desired Skills:

• Strong domain knowledge in Production Planning and Quality Management.

• Deep understanding of S/4HANA, master data, Demand Management, MRP, Discrete Manufacturing, batch management, and subcontracting processes.

• Hands-on experience in user-exits, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, and EDI integrations.

• Excellent knowledge of integration with MM, SD, FICO, and PM modules.

• Exposure to Production Resource Tools, Engineering Change Management, and Shop Floor Control.

• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• SAP S/4HANA PP/QM certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Flexibility to travel to customer locations (Europe/global) as required.
