Must to Have Skills:- 

1. Core Java & Backend
2. Strong knowledge of Java (8/11)
3. Solid understanding of OOP concepts, collections
4. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
5. API & Integration:
6. Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs
7. How to optimize API response time
8. Database
9. Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) any of them
10. Experience with JPA/Hibernate
11. Build & Version Control
12. Experience with Maven or Gradle
13. Unit testing using JUnit / Mockito
14. Strong Debugging & Problem Solving skills
15. Strong debugging skills
16. Good understanding of logs, exception handling

Good to have : Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Engg Graduate 5+ years of experience as core Java Developer
