Once the ‘No dues’ closure are done from all stakeholders, the relieving letter is sent on the personal email ID as per the records.

Once Full & Final settlement is payable, the Experience letter is shared with the employee on their personal email ID registered with us.

As per the process, it takes up to 30 days to process full and final settlement from the last working day or the last No Dues Closure date, whichever is later.

Your earned leave balance as on your LWD (Last Working Day) will be encashed and calculation will be done as per your last drawn wages. (Monthly wages / 22)* EL balance at the time of leaving.

Monthly wages = Monthly Basic + Monthly Special Allowance (at the time of leaving)

Gratuity is calculated as per the applicable statutory guidelines based on your last drawn salary and completed years of service, and is payable to eligible employees after fulfilling the minimum tenure criteria.

Certain components such as reimbursements, one-time payments, or conditional earnings are processed separately and may not be included in the Full and Final settlement as per company policy.

Form 16 is issued as per statutory timelines, typically by mid-June of the following financial year, and is shared on your registered email ID.
