• Manage Order management application.
• Resolving tickets and monitoring the application dashboard
• Working in shift 24X7 and capable to manage the team 24x7
• Experience in Ticket Management
• Good in stakeholder management
• Who can keep focus on KPI set by onshore and customer and organization
