1. Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
2. Deep Hands on to understand the incident and troubleshooting skills with SLA.
3. Understanding and hands-on of networking routing protocols (e.g., Static, BGP, OSPF)
4. Understanding and hands-on of VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, STP, VTP, VSS, VLS and VPC802.11, QoS, Ether-Channel
5. Deep hands-on experience Cisco catalyst and Nexus & Meraki devices 
6. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
7. Deep understanding and Hands-on of Checkpoint IPsec and Remote VPN, Checkpoint identity agent and troubleshooting skills
8. Deep understanding on Windows NPS server, polices/exceptions, attributes, and event viewer log.
9. Deep understanding on Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate firewall e.g., Firewall Mode, Access Rules, HA, NAT-PAT, upgradation
10. Deep understanding on Zscaler ZIA, ZCC, GRE tunnel troubleshooting, Web/DNS/Firewall insights
11. Zscaler troubleshooting for URLs access, modification of PAC file.
12. Good understanding and troubleshooting skills on Efficient IP - DDI solution (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
13. Good understanding and report creatin from Tufin tool and performing cleanup task from firewalls
14. Good understanding and troubleshooting skills on Cloudi-Fi and Cisco umbrella for Guest Wi-Fi Solution
15. Co-ordination with Vendors for incident and prepare RCA
16. Understanding and hands-on Cisco & Meraki Wireless
17. Hands-on on MS Visio and Microsoft word and Excel
18. Basic understanding of IPS, IDS, firewall license
19. Basic understanding of LAN topology e.g., Copper-Fiber Cable, Copper-SFP Module, Cascade, Switch Stack
20. Basic understanding of WAN topology e.g., P2P, Ethernet Link, MPLS, VRF

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• Cisco CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA or Higher
