1. Monitoring SNOW Queues, Dispatch and engaging on-call team for P1/P2 cases basis the shift/on-call roster
2. Should possess basic troubleshooting skills and level 0 – 1 support for Infrastructure and Applications .
3. The individual will work closely with senior engineers to resolve issues and to carry out SOP based tasks.
4. Basics of Unix commands, database, sql and knowledge of any programming language will be a plus.
5. The individual must possess very good communication skills in English language.
6. The Job involves rotational shift including night shift and weekend workings.
7. He/she has to be committed team player with a desire to learn and improve.

Total Experience Expected: 01-02 years

Science Graduate shall be preferred

Work can be in 12 hr shift per day, 4 days a week.
