Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a small development team to ensure successful module delivery.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for backlog grooming, estimation and solution design.
3. Develop high-quality, scalable applications using Node.js and React.js.
4. Create and maintain technical standards and best practices.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement relevant improvements.
7. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all assigned projects.
8. Identify technical issues, troubleshoot effectively and implement timely solutions.
9. Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within scope and budget.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
11. Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js development.
2. Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
3. Good communication and client-handling skills.
4. In-depth understanding of software development methodologies.
5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
6. Can do review and Handel team

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
2. Working knowledge of Jenkins or similar automation tools.
