Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder communication and engagement across internal and external teams.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, resource costs, and financial performance.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, billing rates, POs, PRs, timesheets, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Administer user access and maintain operational trackers.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to generate business insights and KPI reports.
  • Monitor supplier performance, procurement metrics, and governance activities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
  • Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial tracking, reporting, and governance.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Experience

  • PMO, Business Operations, Vendor Management, Resource Management, or Governance functions.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and procurement processes.

Additional Information

Should be open to work in UK and CET time zones and extend shifts.

Open for travel between Sopra Steria Premises and Client Premises.
