Job Description

Project Management SAP CPI 

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Noida/Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune

  1. Candidate will be able to lead CPI Delivery teams manage CPI releases.
  2. Past experience on CPI, strong understanding of CPI delivery
  3. Skills & experiences – general
  4. Comprehensive Project Management (Tools) Proficiency: Experience in driving technical projects and ensuring project deliverables (see PMO tasks below). Experience with JIRA for tracking progress and PowerPoint for creating presentations and documentation.
  5. Comprehensive Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Strong skills in coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across different organizational levels.
  6. Workshop Facilitation: Skills in organizing and facilitating workshops to achieve project objectives and productive outcomes.
  7. Change Management and Migration Strategy: Experience in driving migration progress and executing strategies in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  8. Documentation and Reporting: Ability to create accurate documentation and reports, including action trackers and management meeting slides.

 

Skills & experiences – technical

  1. Technical Qualifications: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Boomi, or SAP systems is ideal, particularly in integrating global HR platforms with local non-HR and payroll solutions.
  2. Requirements Engineering and Technical Solution Finding: Skills in requirements engineering and handling technical solution finding, especially in the context of integrating global HR platforms with local systems.
  3. Understanding of IT Integration and Architecture: High-level understanding of IT integration and architecture topics to support alignment and execution of migration strategies.

Tasks

PMO - FOCUS:

  1. Drive migration progress and coordinate with stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with the Product Owner on migration strategies and execution.
  3. Follow up on OE action items and ensure documentation completion.
  4. Communicate deadlines for operating model, UAT, and milestones.

OE Migration Support:

  1. Organize kick-off meetings and document interdependencies.
  2. Align and manage sprints for development, UAT, and decommissioning.
  3. Track migration status and update working groups.
  4. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment on OE-specific tasks.

Management Meeting Preparation:

  1. Create migration status slides for project updates, SteerCos and conferences.
  2. Collaborate with the Product Owner for accurate and comprehensive reporting.

Action Tracking:

  1. Document actions in a tracker and ensure timely completion of tasks by all stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment and progress.

Workshop Facilitation:

  1. Organize workshops for OE integration alignment and follow-ups.
  2. Engage with the Product Owner to ensure workshop objectives are met.

Communication Support:

  1. Update Connect pages and utilize various communication channels to disseminate information.
  2. Support the Product Owner in crafting and delivering key messages.

General PMO Activities:

  1. Implement PMO processes, support planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with the Product Owner to adapt PMO activities to project needs

 

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
