Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 5 years in S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling.

· Proven experience in full life cycle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.

· Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and integration with other modules (MM, SD).

· Proficiency in SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design effective SAP solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4 HANA Finance is preferred.

· Experience with SAP Fiori apps and other SAP tools is a plus.

· Extensive experience in managing AMS projects, including incident management, service request fulfillment, and change management·

. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling modules.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

· Perform fit/gap analysis, effort estimation, and develop functional specifications for custom developments.

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

· Manage data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, addressing any functional issues or enhancements.

· Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with business processes.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Lead and manage AMS projects, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP FICO module

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MBA or a CA would be preferable.
