• Role: Application Support
• Skillset: Linux, Docker, Apache Web Servers/Reverse proxy and SSL
• Experience: 6-8 years
• Location: Noida & Chennai

We are seeking Technical lead with minimum 6 years of experience in application support and maintenance, software services, or system administration for a large end-user environment. Should have strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, Docker, Application support, and Apache web servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently with strong analytical skills.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.
• Manage and track incidents using a ticketing tool to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle incident management processes to minimize service disruptions.
• Utilize database management and Linux scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
• Flexibility to work in UK shifts, including standby and callout support as required.

Primary Skills:

• Linux operating systems (Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS)
• Docker
• Java application support
• Apache web servers / Reverse proxy and SSL

Secondary Skills:

• Good understanding of network technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory.
• Experience with application server technologies such as Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere, and JBoss.

Good to have: 

• Jira & confluence administration exposure
• Basic Azure/AWS
• C/CD Pipelines

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
