Job Description

Must Have:

  1. Project Lead - Core Java 1,8/J2EE/Struts, PL/SQL
  2. Jenkins / GitLab CI: CI/CD pipeline experience, Branching, merging, versioning
  3. Project Planning, Effort estimation, Team Tracking, Monitoring, Mentoring, Supporting
  4. Minimum Technical experience – 5 years
  5. Technical Team Leadership: Minimum 3 years, with hands-on experience leading a team of at least 3 members.
  6. Total Experience Rang - 9 Yrs to 11 Yrs

Good to have:

  1. Knowledge of Spring Boot, Angular

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning, Monitoring and Control
  2. Estimation, Project Planning/Scheduling, Projections (Efforts, RAE, Schedule)
  3. Risk Management - Risks, Alerts, Constraints, Dependencies and Actions
  4. Regular Status meetings, Various Reviews and Best practices, adherence to Quality Guidelines
  5. Defects Management -Daily Defects Tracking, Adherence to SLA
  6. Competency/Skill Management
  7. Solutioning
  8. Owns and drives resolution of customer’s cases/issues
  9. Manages project scope
  10. Under guidance of the manager, will implement strategies for problem resolution that meet customer business requirements
  11. Client Communication
  12. Organizes the deliveries of fixes to customers
  13. Leading project operation meetings with client
  14. Negotiation for estimates, delivery dates, resources, schedule, SLA Negotiations
  15. Status -Regular status update/Publishing various reports to Management
  16. Human Resource
  17. Acts as a mentor for team
  18. Motivates subordinates through leadership by example, well planned job assignments, regular periodic results review, coaching and counseling
  19. Periodic One to one meeting with team-members
  20. HR Risk Management / RAG status
  21. May take part in annual/mid-term appraisal discussions
  22. Will be in the interview panel to hire the right members

Technical skills:

  1. Work experience on
  2. J2EE/Java [1.8] ,Java [1.4 to Java 7], Angular, JavaScript, Servlet, JSP, Hibernate 2.x, 3.x
  3. Struts 1.2
  4. SOAP based Webservice, REST full Webservice, Basic SQL, PL/SQL
  5. Wildfly, XML and XML Parsers [SAX, DOM], Unix shell scripting
  6. Jenkins / GitLab CI: CI/CD pipeline experience, Branching, merging, versioning
  7. Mockito: Mocking and integration tests.
  8. Postman / Swagger: API testing and documentation.
  9. Spring Security
  10. OAuth2 / JWT: Authentication & authorization.

Desirable

  1. Chip manufacturing domain experience
  2. Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
  3. Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].
