Experience: 7+ years in Oracle Functional

Experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This role focuses on delivering advanced functional support, solution design, and consulting for complex requirements and process optimization across Oracle Cloud Receivables and related O2C modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional consultancy and support for Oracle Cloud O2C modules, including Receivables, Order Management, and Revenue Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex business requirements, issues, and workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and change requests.
• Partner with business users to streamline O2C operations and address high-priority escalations.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and best practices.
