Job Description

Project Lead- HR Systems
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Noida/ Chennai
Education: B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA


We are seeking an experienced HR Systems professional with strong domain knowledge and leadership skills to manage HR technology solutions and drive successful delivery of HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage HR system initiatives across the HR domain
  2. Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and governance
  3. Perform business requirements analysis, gap analysis, and propose effective solution options
  4. Manage project activities such as capacity planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  5. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines
  6. Act as a liaison between business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams


Required Skills & Experience

  1. Strong knowledge of HR domain processes
  2. Hands‑on experience with HR ERP platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar)
  3. Proven people management and team leadership experience
  4. Solid project management experience, including:
  5. Capacity planning
  6. Stakeholder management
  7. Risk identification and mitigation
  8. Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  9. Basic technical understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations
