Re-Imagine Beyond Boundaries: India Management Kick Off 2026

Sopra Steria India organised the India Management Kick Off 2026, bringing together leaders from across regions to celebrate progress and set the direction for the year ahead. Guided by the theme “Re-Imagine: Beyond Boundaries,” the event encouraged teams to rethink possibilities, challenge conventions, and collaborate toward a more innovative, future-ready organisation.

Shaping Tomorrow, Together

The Kick Off serves as a pivotal platform to reflect on achievements from the previous year, communicate strategic priorities, and strengthen leadership alignment. It reinforces our commitment to innovation, customer success, capability development, and people-centric growth. This year’s theme highlighted our collective responsibility to push boundaries and shape impactful outcomes.

Tech Village Showcases Innovation, Collaboration and Real-World Impact

Tech Village emerged as a vibrant hub of innovation, bringing together twelve immersive booths that highlighted Sopra Steria’s capabilities across a wide spectrum of technologies. These included Cloud modernisation, advanced data platforms, Cybersecurity resilience, Blockchain and digital asset innovation, SAP, ServiceNow and Oracle ecosystems, AI-driven solutions, Sopra Financing Software, as well as CSR and sustainability initiatives. Each booth illustrated real-world use cases, proven delivery excellence and scalable architectures designed to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

At the heart of this ecosystem, OEM partners, Snowflake and Microsoft presented integrated innovations through Snowflake Intelligence and Microsoft Fabric IQ & Copilot. Their presence reinforced how the convergence of AI, data and cloud technologies is enabling organisations to accelerate intelligent and scalable transformation.

The event also featured five focused knowledge sessions, including an Industry AI Panel Discussion and live AI demonstrations. These sessions offered strategic insights into modernisation journeys, the development of intelligent data ecosystems, and the growing role of AI in enabling enterprise transformation.

More than a technology showcase, Tech Village reflected a broader commitment to innovationcollaboration and forward-thinking solutions. It highlighted how organisations are moving beyond conventional boundaries to create meaningful impact through technology.
